Our contract with you includes these terms and conditions, your application/order form(s), and our current applicable price list. We may accept and rely on facsimile, email, or scanned copies of applications or orders. The contract is formed when we notify you of our acceptance of your application or when you issue the first order form.

2. Service Description

We provide telecommunications services through nominated carriers or networks. We do not warrant that we will be able to supply all services and are not liable for any failure to provide services. When using our services, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and not to breach any person's rights or cause us loss, liability, or expense.

3. Charges and Payments

You agree to be charged for the services we provide, regardless of who uses them, at our current prices. All charges are payable by the date specified on the account. Late payment may result in suspension of services and additional fees.
